MyLe is happy to accept a return of your product in its original condition and unopened within 30 days of purchase (up to 20% restocking fee + shipping may apply). If you are unsatisfied with the product as a result of an incorrect listing, improper size, damaged product, wrong product, etc

MyLe will completely refund your order including shipping once the product has been received and deemed acceptable.

How will customers obtain the return label? The customer is responsible for all returns with the appropriate return authorization number (RMA) unless the order has been determined to be a defect.

1.1 30-Day Return Period: You are welcome to return eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Eligibility Criteria: For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following criteria:

  1. a) The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, accessories, and other items that were part of the original package.
  2. b) The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are ineligible for return:

  1. a) Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  2. b) Products lacking the original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase.
  3. c) Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

1.4 Damage & Issue: We are unable to accept damaged products; the item must be unused and in its original condition.

2.2 Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization number (RMA). This RMA number must be marked on the return package.

2.3 Return Shipping: The return cost is free if the product is determined to be a defect. We recommend utilizing a reputable shipping service with tracking and insurance to ensure the secure return of the product. 2.4 Condition Assessment: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm its eligibility for a refund. If the product meets the return criteria mentioned in section 1.2, we will proceed with the refund.


3.1 Refund Process: If the returned product qualifies for a refund, we will process it to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

3.2 Refund Amount: The refund will encompass the purchase price paid for the returned product. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
